Art of Collage: Books and Resources

Explore it Further

In parts one, two, three, four, five, and six we showed you how to make a basic collage, an assemblage, mixed media collage, book cover collage, collage textures, and collage combinations.

Through our examples we demonstrated how easy and fun collage art can be to the emerging collage artist.

There is so much more to learn about collage and plenty of room for experimenting. If you want to seriously pursue the art of collage, we recommend that you do some further reading of articles and books by experienced collage artists who will give you good advice about creating collages that are durable and lasting.

We end our Try it! Collage tutorial series with the following list of recommended books and Web sites for further exploration.
