Glitter Christmas Tree Ornaments Go Live!
By Chris Dunmire, Publisher
Last Saturday I was pleased to try out my glitter gift tags / Christmas tree ornaments project on a group of over 50 kids at a local Barnes & Noble book fair event.
As the self-appointed "glitter fairy", I instructed each child to cut out and glue trace their ornament patterns (stocking, star, sleigh, or bells) and then I sprinkled on the fun. You should have seen the wide-eyed smiling expressions on their faces each time I shook off the excess glitter to reveal their little works of art. Priceless! 70-some ornaments later the glitter fairy needed a nap, but the creative fun was well worth it.
Don't worry, I'm not going to leave you out of this glittery gluing fun. You'll find the ornament project on the Creativity Portal Playground »

The Muse that whispered that to me is currently on Internship at some kind of workshop in the North Pole. (I wonder if there are a lot of Elves-is sightings there?)

Exploring values asks you to look at yourself in a new way, and it can be challenging to dig below the surface to see what drives you. It’s worth the effort because when we acknowledge our values, we have more range and depth for life and creating. |
