I Believe My Creativity...
By Chris Dunmire, Publisher
This month Dan Goodwin's Creativity Cookie column (Belief Berry Booster) deals with the subject of belief, in particular, the beliefs we have about our creativity. In his Little Nibble exercise, he encourages an honest assessment of these beliefs by having us list both the positive and negative ones we currently hold.
Why is an exercise like this valuable? Because it gives us the opportunity to dialogue with ourselves about what shapes our perceptions and attitudes about our creative lives. What we believe about ourselves has a direct impact on our desire and motivation, which are both crucial energy-moving components towards manifesting our ideas into form.
What do you believe about your creativity?
