'365 Pictures' Coming March 15!

It's coming, it's coming! Only two more weeks until the official launch of Creativity Portal's first-ever worldwide collaborative daily prompt project, 365 Pictures.

I am so grateful and thrilled at the overwhelming response coming in from people all over the world for this project. Artists, photographers, writers, and other creatives generously sharing their personal pictures and thought-provoking prompts to inspire others with unique perspectives and manifested expressions of creativity. It's so beautiful! Stunning photos of nature and animals, snapshots of artwork, funny illustrations, mixed media imagery, and so much more are lined up in this exquisite prompt machine. We need a ribbon-cutting ceremony!

We're still accepting submissions for 365 Pictures, so if you've been intending to get around to participating, please do! We'd love to include some child art and folk art, so parents, teachers, and folk artists, come on in! Need more convincing? Print yourself a Creative License and know that if you feel even a small tug inside at participating, you have been called into this magnificent project.

STILL GOING: The Jennie Nash My Own True Genius essay writing contest is running until March 15, 2009. There's more time to participate and Jennie looks forward to reading your submissions. Thank you all who have submitted so far. Your personalized Creative Licenses will be zipped out to you later this month.

Finally, if you'd like to listen to streaming audio of the Feb. 24 Live Book Club Event between Jennie Nash and Mollly Anderson-Childers, it's keyed up in the MP3 player in our extras section at Coach Creative Space. Enjoy!
