Violette's Creativity Tips

Warm and Fuzzy Box

Did you ever have one of those days when you feel you can't do anything right and you don't have a creative bone in your body? I often do! When I feel so low about myself and can't be motivated to create I head for my Warm and Fuzzy Box. In the box I keep items which remind me of how much I'm loved and how my creativity has touched others.

Here are some of the items inside the box:

  • Cards
  • Drawings and small paintings or collages from other people
  • Notes and letters of love and encouragement
  • Awards and certificates
  • Acceptance letters
  • Small heartfelt, homemade crafts

Personalize your box by painting and embellishing it with glitter, sequins, pompoms, pipe cleaners and collage papers.

The next time you're feeling low, gravitate towards your Warm and Fuzzy box and leaf through the contents. You'll realize just how truly special and loved that you are!
