Questions are powerful, dynamic tools that can open space to consider new perspectives and plans of action. The questions that follow are based in the readings of SARK's Make Your Creative Dreams Real: A Plan for Procrastinators, Perfectionists, Busy People, Avoiders, and People Who Would Really Rather Sleep All Day and are designed to prompt deeper introspection and personal application of the material and help assess personal levels of resilience, nurturing, development, fear, self-acceptance, support systems, commitment, investment, and progress towards making creative goals and dreams into realities.

If you're a long-time reader of SARK's work, then you'll know that Make Your Creative Dreams Real is the first book she mixed digital typeset with her distinct handwriting, giving it a different feel from all others. This is noteworthy because the book itself is about adapting a personal program 'for keeping creative dreams moving and active in the midst of daily life' and encourages experimenting with your own style and pace for your dream journey. Indeed, this book format was experimental for the author!
The underlying premise and consistent theme throughout Creative Dreams is "that each of us is already very creative," and our creative dreams are an active journey that can be advanced forward in daily life through micro-movements and small-step actions that create habits and momentum, which she prompts through reflections, games, positive challenges, and innovative exercises.
