Even Dum-Dums know where to get good Halloween candy.
On Halloween night you get to play story hide-n-seek in the sleepy town of Spookhaven. Read the story first, and then print the pages.
It was Halloween night in the sleepy town of Spookhaven. Excitement hung in the air like a dense spider's web. Everyone had spent weeks preparing their costumes, carving jack o' lanterns, and stocking up on candy corn.
Little Timmy was dressed as a mischievous goblin. His best friend Jane chose to be a witch, complete with a pointy hat and broomstick. Together, they embarked on a trick-or-treat adventure through their neighborhood.
As they approached the first house, a black cat slinked across their path. "Boo!" yelled Timmy playfully, causing Jane to laugh. They knocked on the door, and to their surprise, Frankenstein's monster answered. He growled as he dropped a handful of candy into their bags.
On the next street, they spotted a mummy, a skeleton, and a ghost chatting by the roadside. "What a peculiar sight!" whispered Jane, as the trio waved cheerfully.
Further ahead, Dracula hosted a mini monster-bash. There, they saw creatures of all sorts — ghouls, zombies, and other creepy monsters — all dancing to spooky tunes.
Finally, their bags were brimming with candy, and they decided to head home. As they took a shortcut through the cemetery, an eerie silence engulfed them. Suddenly, a loud screech echoed through the darkness, sending a shiver down their spines. Terrified, they ran as fast as their legs could carry them until they reached the safety of Timmy's porch.
With heaving breaths, they peeked inside their bags and found an extra piece of candy in the shape of a bat. Giggling, they sat on the porch, munching on their treats, and listening to the chilling howls of the Halloween night.
