Day 5 of 25
By Chris Dunmire | Posted 5/23/23
Remember the last time you looked up at a dark starry sky and excitedly found the big dipper or a constellation in the Milky Way?
When we contemplate the immense universe "out there" with all its stars, planets, galaxies, and possibilities, it can be humbling, perception-shifting, and fill us with wonder and curiosity.
What does the experience do for you?
What if this expansive "out there" experience also exists within you — to visit anytime to access 'worlds unknown'?
In Kaizen-Muse™ creativity coaching, asking small questions such as, "What if?" can open tremendous spaces of possibility.
Close your eyes and imagine a starry night sky.
Next, find a tubular wormhole to slide down through.
Allow everything else competing for your attention to drop away.
Stay in this tube for as long as you like.
When you come out the other side, you will experience a dark, quiet, stillness — this is a connecting breezeway to exploring.
You get to decide what happens next.
Stay here for as long as you want and return anytime.
